Highway No 4 (or in Finnish "Nelostie") was my directorial debut. I directed the play during my third year in Central Ostrobothnia University of Applied Sciences. I chose the play for its comedic value - I thought the play was absolutely fantastically written by Ari Wahlsten & Juha Hurme. It was a mixture of dramatic elements intertwined into Finnish history from 30 years ago to present times and on top of that featured fantastically absurd and witty humour. The play was performed at Teatteri Iltatähti in Kokkola, Finland in 2007.
